Two doors, one lab: Pub Facing and Agentic Minded

The product story (public)

Under both doors sit the same two modules:

• Compression — SPL Codec (web + suite) and CDDG:Split as a process product name you can buy
• Agent platform — CuNi, Agent^Rider, Quikgater as the exact multi-runtime / MCP / pay-per-fact stack

What differs is the entry process, not the mission.

Timeline (this week’s ships)

• 2026-08-07 (and immediate prep) Two-module public surface + agentic metadata. Site and package story aligned: Compression + Agent platform. Commerce discovery for agents via GET /api/agent then x402 X-PAYMENT on Solana and Base mainnet.
• 2026-08-07 Pub Facing · Agentic Minded hubs. /humans for people (try, suite, standings, Access). /agents for machines (discovery, catalog, MCP pointers). platform.json maps both.
• 2026-08-07 Feel-at-home process. Door memory, welcome bootstrap (/api/welcome), OpenAPI, llms-full — so returning humans and crawling agents land somewhere that greets them.
• 2026-08-07 npm refresh. Registry packages carry agentic / homepage fields so npm view points at the same story as the site — without shipping private engines in the tarball.
• 2026-08-07 Social + Lab Feed. Official X handle @slidphilabs linked site-wide. Scrolling Lab Feed on the home page and /updates for product / plans / social in one timeline we control.
• 2026-08-07 Cinema intro (process note, not a leak). Keyframes from the poster exist (creator points from the heavens; agentic birth at the finger; dual settle). Full cinema video is staged for a host with working video gen — we refuse to ship a half-measure as “done.”

4. Suite — first 2 GB/month free, then 8¢/GB
5. Access after payment

That is the evaluation process. You never need the private engine to understand the path.

Agent process (Agentic Minded)

1. GET /api/welcome — orientation
2. GET /api/agent — source of truth
3. GET /api/x402-products — catalog
4. POST buy → HTTP 402 → pay USDC → retry with X-PAYMENT
5. Receive order / access URL

Agents use the same catalog over HTTP 402 and x402.
