pulsar is the free lossless compressor. Version 2.5.0 ships as a Linux binary and as source under GPLv3. You run it. The file stays on your machine. PCC is the hosted compressor when you want the lab to pack the file. pulsar is the one you pack yourself.
How it works

- Compress a file you control.
- Restore it and compare the bytes.
What you receive
You receive a packed file and a restore, with the source you can read. A closed embed is the paid exception listed on the product page.
