What it is
Tollkeeper prices the crossings agents make all day: proving an identity, finding a capable agent, moving value through escrow, delegating authority, proving a computation, staking on work, and carrying memory. The caller pays. A clean crossing returns a signed receipt: what, when, how much, for whom. A crossing that stops returns a reason a machine can read.
How it works
You read the price, you present a Rider, you pay the listed amount, you keep the stamp. Local JWKS verification stays free. The first hundred identity checks in a month are free. Listing yourself is free.

What you receive
You receive a public price for each crossing and a signed receipt when that crossing clears. The receipt is the record you keep with the Rider and the Warrant.
